Hi Elvi,
I just wanted to compliment your amazing food and friendly staff. My friends and I were in Ambergris Caye last July and from the very first bite we found your food to be irresistably delicious! The red snapper was cooked to perfection and the lobster was mouth-watering as well. We stayed in the Caye for FIVE nights and had dinner at your restaurant for FOUR of those nights. We kept coming back for the red snapper (which is still one of my favorite dishes of all time) and the friendly service. Anna was wonderful and she took care of us every time we came back. My only regret is that I did not get to try the conch since it was out of season (believe me, I asked every single night I was there). I wished there was an Elvi’s Kitchen in Seattle, Washington. I sincerely miss the cooking. This much is certain: Elvi’s Kitchen should not be missed by anyone! I hope to be able to come back someday for the red snapper! I’ve included a few pictures of us at Elvi’s. Thanks again for treating us so well.

Elvi's Restaurant represents the best in San Pedro, combining friendly, competent service, relaxed and attractive setting, and consistently excellent food.
I remember back to the beginning of Elvi's, when Miss Elvi started Elvi's Burger Isle. It showed from that modest start that Elvi understood very clearly what makes a restaurant successful - the satisfaction of the customer. She has always paid particular attention to the competence and friendliness of the staff, ensuring that the customer is efficiently and pleasantly served. Elvi also understood the importance of good food, good presentation and, especially, consistency. And her efforts have been well rewarded with the growth to the great restaurant, a San Pedro landmark, that greets us today.
It is one of my favorite places to return to when I come to the island, to be greeted by the staff and enjoy the wonderful food and atmosphere. This is a high point of any visit to San Pedro.

My wife and I ate at your restaurant several times during our recent stay there. I must say that the food and the service at your place is the best. Not only on San Pedro but any where.?We have traveled extensively and must say that "Elvi's is the Best!" Thanks for great food and service. I have attached a couple of photo's we took while there. Thanks again, we'll be back.

I am writing this to thank you and your staff for the very special night that my fiance (at that time) and I enjoyed immensely. The pre-wedding dinner for the two of us was prepared to mouth-watering perfection.
Nothing seemed to much for your staff to handle, and their friendly attitude was warm and sincere. Unfortunately, in today's society (at least where we live;California), there seems to be a shortage of good customer care. Well Elvi, our hats are off to you and all of your staff. Thank you for taking part in making our wedding-moon fantastic and fabulous. In fact, we returned to your restaurant on our wedding night because we enjoyed ourselves so much the previous night! If it's not too much trouble, could you find out through your daughter if are picture ever turned out? She took a picture of my husband and I which I believe was your idea! We gave our home address to request a copy of the picture, but maybe it didn't turn out. At any rate, it's no big deal if it didn't turn out. If you would like us to send postage, just don't hesitate to ask. Have a wonderful holiday season, with many continued blessings Elvi.
