The most famous restaurant on Ambergris Caye is undoubtably, Elvi's Kitchen. From the humble beginnings of her Burger Isle take-out stand in 1974, Elvi Staine and her family have turned this delightful place into an International Gold Star Award winning establishment.

We are now open from 11:00a.m to 10:00pm Monday-Saturday
